The nights have flown by. We are now heading toward the final night of our Burnt Sugar SmokeHouse residency at nublu.
As Burnt Sugar The Arkestra Chamber, it’s been a joy to present this series. While the SmokeHouse continues its journey beyond these walls, the residency at nublu concludes Tuesday night (March 31, 2026). This final chapter is presented as part of The Music of Now Festival presented by nublu.
Before we close this loop, we want to extend a profound thank you to the incredible bands, conductors, and artists who shared the stage with us over the first three nights. Special thanks to LaRonda Davis for her masterful hosting and guidance throughout the residency.
We also owe a deep debt of gratitude to the Ilhan, Onur, Marlone, and entire staff at nublu for their support, hospitality, and for providing the perfect space for this experiment in sound. And to the audiences who filled the room, listened deeply, and brought the heat: thank you for being part of this story.
This night is a celebration of that collective effort and a look forward to what comes next.
