The Downtown Dayton Revival Music Festival

We are pleased to be a part of  The Down­town Day­ton Revival Music Festival’s inau­gur­al year, includ­ing per­for­mances by Train, John Leg­end, Guid­ed by Voic­es, Guster, Rust­ed Root, Tony Luc­ca, Ivan Neville’s Dump­sta­phunk, and Burnt Sug­ar the Arkestra Cham­ber con­duct­ed by Ver­non Reid!

We’ll be play­ing 2 shows:

Fri­day, Sep­tem­ber 7th — Down­town Revival Fes­ti­val Spon­sors Par­ty
Sat­ur­day Sep­tem­ber 8th — Down­town Revival Fes­ti­val

From leg­ends like the Ohio Play­ers to the local col­lege band just com­ing up -­‐ fes­ti­val goers will be exposed to the best music out there.” said Matt Luon­go, Pres­i­dent, Down­town Revival LLC. “The line­up is so diverse, there’s funk, soul, r&b, reg­gae, rock, pop, jam bands; tru­ly some­thing for every­body. You can­not beat the price and we can­not wait to fill the streets of down­town Day­ton with two days of incred­i­ble music.”

“The Down­town Day­ton Revival Music Fes­ti­val is a per­fect fit for our cen­ter city, which is the region’s pre­mier des­ti­na­tion for arts and enter­tain­ment,” said Sandy Gudorf, pres­i­dent of the Down­town Day­ton Part­ner­ship. “We are so pleased the fes­ti­val orga­niz­ers chose down­town Day­ton as the site for this event. We look for­ward to wel­com­ing the festival’s guests to down­town and show­ing off its many attrac­tions.”

Fes­ti­val orga­niz­ers hope the event brings Day­ton into the nation­al music scene. In addi­tion to more than 30 bands, orga­niz­ers are plan­ning fam­i­ly-friend­ly events, as well as oth­er activ­i­ties to be announced. Fes­ti­val atten­dance will be lim­it­ed to 40,000 for the week­end.

All tick­ets are two day pass­es and will be avail­able at
WHEN: Sept. 8th & 9th, 2012, noon – 11:00p.m. both days
WHERE: Down­town Day­ton (fes­ti­val map to be released soon on web­site)
PRICES: Week­end pass­es $55 – $75 / Chil­dren ages 10 and under are wel­comed free of charge when accom­pa­nied by a pass hold­ing adult

This two-day street fes­ti­val is sched­uled for Sept. 8–9, when three stages will be set up in down­town Day­ton.
